2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use our platform.
3. Account Registration
All users are required to provide accurate information during sign-up. Professionals must provide verifiable credentials before offering services. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, or illegal activities.
- Use the platform for purposes other than service engagement or provision.
5. Service Posting and Hiring
Jobflut allows clients to post service requests and professionals to offer services. All transactions must be made through the platform. Any attempts to take transactions off-platform may result in account suspension.
6. Payments and Fees
All payments are processed securely through integrated payment gateways. Jobflut may charge service fees which will be clearly communicated before any transaction.
7. Dispute Resolution
Jobflut offers a basic dispute resolution mechanism to help users settle conflicts. However, Jobflut is not legally liable for the outcome of disputes between users.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Jobflut, including branding and website assets, is the property of Jobflut and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms, or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the platform and its users.
10. Limitation of Liability
Jobflut is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or from service transactions between users.
11. Changes to Terms
Jobflut reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
